Frank is a pioneer news anchor for NTV Akawungeezi, whose proficiency in Luganda has earned the 7 o’clock news bulletin a huge following. He has a degree in Mass Communication from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, and an MA Degree in Development Studies of Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi.
Frank hosts the Luganda ”Tuwaye Talkshow”. He also Scripts and Edits the popular Zungulu zungulu satire news features.
