The anti-homosexuality bill is back in parliament and will be re-tabled and debated after the budget process that is likely to last one month.
In his communication to Parliament Tuesday afternoon, the Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyah informed MPs that Parliament has already received a notice from MPs agitating for the re-tabling of the bill and that Parliament is ready to move.
Oulanyah however asked MPs to attend plenary sessions to avoid situations like that which caused the annulment of the law by the constitutional Court.
