Kampala residents arrested for littering
Kampala residents arrested by KCCA officials for littering.
13 Kampala residents have so far been arrested by Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) officials during the course of an operation aimed at combating public littering. KCCA officials have advised city residents to collect their garbage and wait for KCCA garbage collecters to take it away or else hire private garbage collectors.
