Presidential donations rise to UShs 90Billion from UShs 80Billion
Government needs needs 65 billion shillings to meet some of the outstanding pledges President Yoweri Museveni has has made over the years. The request for the money is contained in the ministerial policy statement for the Presidency in the 2014/2015 financial year.
